On Monday, June 14th, 1852, - it being County Court day, - before the Court House door in the Town of Shelbyville, between the hours of 11 o'clock, a.m., and 3 p.m., as Master of Chancery of the Shelby Circuit Court, I will, in virtue of a decree rendered at the March term, 1852, offer at public sale, to the highest bidder, a lot or parcel, of land, containing about 8 acres, situate near Christiansburg, Shelby county.
