On Petition
On Monday, June 14th, 1852,-it being County Court day,-between the hours of 10 o'clock, a.m., and 3 p.m., as Master of Chancery of the Shelby Circuit Court, I will, in virtue of a decree on said Court, rendered in the above case, at the March Term, 1852, offer at public sale, to the highest bidder, a tract of land, situate on Tick Creek, in Shelby County, and containing 54 acres.
Terms-A credit of six and twelve months will be given, -the purchaser giving bond (to have the force and effect of a replevin bond at maturity.) with approved security for the payment of the purchase money, with interest from the day of sale until paid, and a lein to be retained upon the property until the puchase money is paid.
