Thank you, thank you! 2003 was a great year for me and as I get older life get's better. Have you noticed that on the whole the developed world is populated by miseries? No, well that in itself is sad - wake up to the miseries!!!

And, as I get older, I cannot help but notice that while I get happier most people get depressed. I blame television.

Oh, there is one thing that gets my blooming goat going, I am forever walking into shops and overhearing conversations about the Itchen Toll Bridge and how it should be free, how it has been paid for 10 times over, how it has not because the money was borrowed over 200 years. Jez you tightwads, who cares one iota, it's the best blooming bridge in the south of England and it cost you 60 pence to cross in a car. You can walk, bus or cycle for free and in a taxi it's only 50 pence.

It may not be art but it is blooming close to it and all these gits can do is moan - too much blooming television!
