Hello Beral, The walking tour, sad to say, was a disaster, conceived to collect new recipes for a cookery book. I assumed that back pack and walking boots would create a look of innocence suitable to infiltrate the village and market town tea rooms, where , after consuming a small quantity of a cream tea, I could enquire, casually like, if anyone had any good recipes for pancakes and their filling or novelty rice puddings. Alas, most of the tea rooms had gone, replaced by internet cafes, tanning parlours or fast food outlets. What few remained was occupied by old dears discussing the advantages and disadvantages of H.R.T. and did attempting to have an orgasm at eighty improve ones quality of life. Disillusioned and with the onset of dull and rainy weather, I must have wandered and found myself around the Portsmouth area, although I had originally only intended to tour Wiltshire. I am only assuming it was Pear Tree Green where I tried to intern my socks, based upon Maragolds description. There were a few other highlights to the journey which I could narrate if the opportunity arises. With best regards. Breezy. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
