For radio appearances (I did some in 2002) and charity ones where they don't allow pics, keep a flyer or other info showing what you did and who your contact was. It's the honor system but we want to post appearance pics on the website to show others what you are doing...if people are making the effort, they should be recognized! I will be giving out two appearance awards to resolve the who-entered-first-issues.....one for the MOST number of appearances overall for the year and one will be the person with the highest average per month. So that way, the people coming in early have their advantage and those who work on this that join later will have their own chance at a visibility award also without taking away from the Early Bird crew. Hope this helps! :)
