"RE: appearances. hmmm.......I actually think that is fine. If the appearances are on behalf of the system, they should count. I'm not doing an overall award anymore for "most appearances....."

"So, from now on, it is just a little extra recognition for those who made an effort. The real reward is the appearances themselves anyway. So, go ahead and tell your girls that I will credit them for appearances made on behalf of VA."
