 If it is true that God created all the people, then it is also true that all the males are sons of God, and all females are daughters of God.
..... Also see Matt 5:9 according to which Jesus has said that all peacemakers will be called sons of God.

When the gospel attributed to a John was written, about the year 100 or so, about 70 years after Jesus had been killed, the then current version of "Christianity" had already been "harmonized" with then locally available non-Jewish belief systems and mythologies. Jews did not then, and do not now, accept the paganized version(s).
