Hi Laura, I guess because each one does something different it depends on what you want to make better.

LDN has worked great for me for the last three years holding back MS symptoms until recently so I guess that's a pretty good run. I'll still stay on it though.

4AP I've used in the past when I needed added endurance and leg power to keep up with my teenage boys. I'm going back to that to help me out of this flare.

Procarin is histamin and helps with more sensory symptoms.

I guess I look at 4AP as calling out the big guns compared to Procarin.

Did I help or make it more confusing?
