Thanks AJ. Your info helped me a lot. I'm leaning toward the LDN or the 4AP now, maybe the 4AP more. Can you take both? Is that smart? I guess I'm getting a little scared now. This summer has been tough but school will start in a couple of weeks (I'm a high school teacher)and I need to be strong. I love my job and I want to continue to do it for myself. Add to that the fact that I'm also newly divorced and I need to be able to work and take care of myself, too.
Stress.

I'm also bracing myself for a fight with my neuro next week. He's very much follows the established MS protocol (ABCR drugs - I do copaxone - and twice yearly preventive steroid drips, which I have refused so far) I follow the Swank diet anyway; I take supplements and I exercise in a gym to maintain my strength but it's no wonder I am in a bad mood when I leave his office. He's very discouraging. He puts down anything else. I'm in suburban NYC so I know I could get to Dr. Bihari for LDN, but who will prescribe 4AP?

I think I may have vented too much here. Thanks for listening.
