Subject: Acidophilus Filler

I'm in the process of trying yet another filler and need answers to some questions. Can someone please help me.
1. Is acidophilus as fast releasing as cornstarch?
2. I've gotten stomach problems and heartburn from lactose even though I never thought I was lactose intolerant.Would I be able to tolerate acidophilus seeing as how one of the ingredients is yogurt bacteria?
3. Has anyone had problems with acidophilus?
4. Has anyone seen symptom improvement while on LDN with acidophilus as the filler. So far I've tried calcium carbonate and lactose with no improvement other than better sleep with less getting up to use the bathroom.

I am using one of the recommended pharmacies. I would appreciate all the help I can get.
