Linda you seem to be getting all you are going to get with the LDN as far as symptom improvement at this time. The big thing is, are you having any new symptoms, or new lesions while on LDN? If you are on 4.5mg and are wanting to see if you are going to get any more symptom improvement, take two 4.5mg capsules and see what you feel. If you don't see any difference, then you are one who may not see much in the way of symptom improvement but you may be halting or slowing the progression of MS with LDN.
