Dr. Bihari really stresses at least 3.0mg.

You did something yesterday that your body is not accustom to doing. If you were taking 3.0mg or more I would say that it was the LDN causing those "possible" first 3 month temporary side-effects which might be an increase in old symptoms and vivid dreams. I cannot give you an idea on only 2.0mg. It could be a good indication that you're not taking enough LDN.

Take 3.0mg next go-around and report back after you take the 3.0mg.
