Female figure slipped forward through icy snows. She opened the cabin door with a loud thud. A great fire was licking and splashing in the coblestone fireplace. She immedeatly took a seat on the formal chair near by the fire. She sighed and removed her drenched gloves and hat revealing silky locks of gold. She laced her delicate fingers across her lap and watched the fire pick up as the winter storm blew harshly against the shack. She thought of her palomino arabian mare, Duchess, resting in her warm stable at home but, she was freezing and thinking of Duchess's warmth just made her jealous.
