She shrugs, her face concerned. "I have no idea... She's been running off more frequently..." She sighs before continuing. "You know, when she first had Jayne, she was a good mom. She quit partying, quit sleeping around, she took care of her. But lately... I don't know, she's been meeting these random guys and taking off for days at a time. This time she's been gone for over a week..." Her eyes travel to the door, as if she were expecting her sister to walk through it at any second. But she wasn't going to -- that was the sad truth.
