Author: Jaya
Subject: Jaya had been having one of those days, a day when you felt like lazing around and doing nothing. She was now sprawled across a full lenth couch, but only taking up half since her legs were hung childishly over the arm rest. Her head was supported by a pillow as she read through a book for school. "The great Gatsby" it was called, but Jaya didn't find him too great. In her oppinion the book was just another drugstore novel. Unfortunatly she dind't have much of a choice whether to read it or not. To say the lead Jaya was easily distracted from the reading material. Without sitting up she noticed the male, and as he slowly neared her couch a bright smile appreared. "hi"

  • he though - wasn't nearly as the people person - giving a soft nod and gentle smile, dark hair never moving once from its origional position...though a hand finally raised to brush through it, lips pursed a moment as he spoke in return Hello...it was a simple greeting, but fairly good for him, probably the most he'd ever spoken to a stranger (NT) -- Reilly, Mon, Sep 13 2004, 1:16pm PDT
