Subject: It had taken longer than she had hoped and expected to get things back up and running at work, but she was here finally to meet up with him - and just as anxious to see him. Given that lately they spent no more than a few minutes apart ever, the day away from him had dragged on hopelessly. A sweet smile touched her lips as she made her way slowly up the steps to the porch, arms wrapped around herself, the collar of her light jacket flipped up in an attempt to protect her from the chill. Whistling softly, she winked and kissed the air at him as she settled herself immediately into his lap. "I'm frozen baby, warm me up."

  • He laughed softly, wrapping her arms around her tightly, nuzzling her neck with his cool lips. "I figured you would be, this weather is just to much. We need to move somewhere tropical..." He smiled lightly, shaking his head. "As much as Leila wants to come back here, I think she'll be complaining as soon as she gets back here." He grinned lightly, his hand resting on her leg. He was glad that her and Leila had gotten along so well, they both could use a good girl friend and it was a great experience for all of them on their little vacation - though now Kaylee was complaining about how she had missed them.
