A big crowd for DePaul may be 12,000 or so, but many of them for the other team. The big games they have usually are teams like Cincy. On a normal night, you could count the number of students in the student section on one hand. So don't talk about "strong" fan bases. While DePaul may have more alumni support and all, UIC is a program which has made big strides and DePaul should be aware of it.
