Madison did play their best game that night. I was impressed by both teams. I knew Childs played that night but I remembered he did not start. That's too bad about him losing his parents. At least he has good people around him still which is more than some. Hopefully these experiences help him build character to further help him in the future.

Lovejoy must have played a great game against Cairo. I remember seeing the score and being surprised at how close it was. Must have been a fun game. Lovejoy sure does have a tiny gym though. It will be a sad day if Lovejoy and Venice ever consolidate with Madison as both schools enrollments are below 100. They would probably have some nice teams though.
