"Get it a rest. C'mon, you can crash on my couch for tonight - one night, on the couch." Her tone was far from friendly, but the words supported her kind-heart. She knew him well enough to know that he was tanked, and it wasn't her nature to leave someone - whether he be a strongly disliked ex-boyfriend or not - to risk driving home drunk or anything along those lines.

  • he raised a brow in his drunken state...he could still function somewhat like a normal man...he could talk...ok...walk pretty good but he was tanked. He slapped a few bills on the counter...not really caring if it was the wrong amount and grabbed his magazine...there was no objection on his part...hell she was taking him home.
