Subject: Oh me oh my, I don't see the pie..

She enters slowly - dramatically - you know, the way a princess enters a ball, kind of like Cinderella. But right now, she was nothing like Cinderella, Cinderella had been an unknown at the ball with Charming, but Erica was the most well-known girl in the place. In a simple off the shoulder peasant shirt and suede mini skirt she drew everyone's eyes to her slender and curvacious form. This was her party, and she knew it. Bare legs were topped off with the most total unpartylike thing at all - simple A&F blue flip flops, kind of her trademark. Long golden hair had been left loose for the masses to finally be able to know just how long it'd gotten. Deep cocoa irises set around duo symmetrical pupils were mysteriously guarded by swarthy lashes - both sets having had a nice amount of mascara applied. She knew her duty and served it well, hopping from one group to the next until she found herself near the jock department, giving each of them a charming smile before she slid next to them in their booth. And with that smile, she drew the looks of all of them, starting up an easy conversation with 'em all.

She was the new girl, totally socially accepted, but not at all to the status of the aforementioned girl. Long black hair was spiraled and wind tossed about her shoulders and back, calling attention of partially covered minx-like features. Coal black eyes studied the surrounding people as she lounged next to the bar, God this party blowed. She turns back around to the 'tender, ordering another shot and beer combo and downing them. She too was dressed to the nines in low slinging jeans that revealed a layer of skin below her red halter top. That skin was bronzed and sleek - eye catching to say the least, yup.. this candy sure was sweet.

But he was going, 'cause he cared 'bout Erica, and didn't really give two shits if her friends were the lowest life-forms on the plant. It really wouldn't change his mind 'bout her, really. He had called her earlier, and mentioned his was on his way over. Of course, the damned voice mail had picked it up, so he'd left a quick message... Then jumped in his wheels, and was off, birthday present in tow. Dark haired woman sidles up next to the man, offering a beer she's already claimed from the 'tender. He looked just about as unhappy to be here as she was, and she loved an alliance at these crappy get togethers, "Hey, m'names Candy.. You want?" Offers the beer to him.She was resting in the booth with the guys when her phone started the whole voicemail thing and she opened it, checking the missed calls and at the alert of him her eyes scan the bar, finally locating him with that new girl.. what's her name - Candy, wasn't it. - ."Owen..." He said simply -- not really giving his full attention to the girl, his gaze was too busy drifting about -- looking for the 'invisible Erica', who had yet to show herself. Finally, he turns to face the unknown woman, and picks up instantly that she was quite pretty. Immediately, he figured the girl was one of Erica's 'clan' and decided that, rather then be a total jerk and say nothing, he better jus' be a nice guy. He shakes his head a bit, a polite smile on his features, "Nah... I probably shouldn't start drinkin' jus' yet... Or I'll be gone before 10 o'clock."
