Whether to sit and talk or bring the kids to play on the playground - everyone's welcome at the park. A large playground is set in the middle, complete with jungle gym, swings and a large slide! Nature trails provide scenic walks while a paved path that trails all the way around is perfect for new moms and familes.

Rare it was that Ricco Santino was caught thinking... but his fathers recent death and Lucio's flight to Italy had left him in charge, and he was taking a brake to mull things over...

He spread out the blanket that he had gotten from his car, setting down the bags of foods that they had purchased. "It's beautiful here don't you think? Like..I am sure it sucks in the winter, but now it's nice." He smiled, helping her settle onto the ground.

He had been a perfect gentlemen all night, and he'd found his nerves starting to uncoil, slowly but surely as the night drew on. Still dressed in a pressed white cotton button down and a pair of black dress slacks he had one hand holding his jacket over his shoulder in the typical GQ-fashion, his other arm holding onto Alysia's, ever the gentlement.

He had wanted to get out of the house so he was walking down the trail in the park, his arm wrapped around Nina's waist as they walked slowly. His eyes played over all the people wandering the walkways. "We should get a dog for the house." He stated absently, his voice soft. "One from the shelter, you know? Give it a chance at a normal life and all that." He'd been pretty moody with all this stuff going on with Lacey and he knew some of it had been taken out on her and he definately felt badly for that. Pausing, he pulled out his wallet and bought two hot dogs and soda's, handing her one of the meals before he headed towards the nearest bench.

the male figure that entered the park could have been taken for anything but what he was. he had to leave without saying bye to Rhea and it pissed him off. he had gotten called back out of town and had to fly out to Vegas immediately, although it had been the last thing he wanted to do. he had tried calling her but no answer, just rings and rings and rings. walking down the paved road to the swingset, he watched all the little kids. once a swing got free, he ploppped down, almost falling out and spinning uncontrollably. he laughed gently and watched the moms take their kids up the path as it was starting to get darker every minute. he had wanted a family ever since he got here, and then he met Rhea. everything about her intrigued him. hell, he would even go so far as to say he loved her. but tell her that, this, so soon would mean death to his heart. come hell or high water, he was going to make it work with her. she meant so much to him.

She was sat on the back of a park bench quite some way away from the kids area, a laced smoke brought upto her sculpted lips , giving her a breath of perfect ease and calm as she took in the drug. Her gaze was lowered to the snow covered ground, jeans hanging low on her slender hips, wraped up in her fur lined snow jacket, her silky blonde hair twisted up and held by a grip at the back of her head. She was at the park with James, holding him close to her as she let out a soft breath. Richard was there with her but he wasn't saying much as he waited for Lochlan to show up to see his son. He felt so bad for all the young people involved in this awful situation, it was hard on everyone. Elena murmured quietly to James before she pressed a kiss to the babies forehead, her gaze sweeping up for a moment. She was praying that Loch didn't bring his wife - she wanted to keep some of her dignity while she was here in this stupid country with these difficult people. Her heart was broken and all she wanted to do was run away and tend her wounds in the heather hills of her home.

She bit her lip, feeling like a scolded child and just nodded. She hadn't wanted to talk about Fiona, she just wanted to warn him about how many months it would be till he got sleep again. She let out a soft breath, biting her lip as she drew her knee's to her chest and just letting hi have his time without letting her bother him.
