Subject: things just happen

the fight hadn't been pretty, obviously, but things had smoothed over a bit. Someone had ratted to his girlfriend that he'd been doing stupid things...his excuse? Of course that he was just drunk. But it wasn't true...he was confused...suddenly when he had what he thought he'd wanted..and was content with it...something came along that he couldn't have..and it made him want it even more. Officially he was engaged no more...but neither was he single...his relationship with the girl was easily strained, one day they'd be on...another they'd be off. He was out for a run now...after the rain was the best time for him...he loved the smell, the air after it rained. He was here now, jogging pants and a wife beater, a backwords ball cap covering curly blonde hair
