She had opted to leave Kevin at home with the sitter, who now was a less regular installment to her, and taken Colt for a walk before Kaine had gotten home from work. A little time to herself wasn't minded at all, and she hummed a bit as the two bumbled along, not going in any particular direction in any great hurry.

The reality of it was.. what other way could she be?
