Ok. There looks like there is an issue with using Har-Bal in conjunction with some other app using wave i/o simultaneously. We shall be looking into this soon.

You have just given me an idea though. It would be very useful to overlay a 1/3 octave RTA display on the spectrum display that updates in real time with the playback. This shouldn't be a problem to implement but may present a CPU bottleneck for slower PC's.

We should do something along these lines in the next major revision.
