Liam was all too aware of her her smooth skin pressed 'gainst his. I mean, how often did people touch him...? Or, more so -- how often did did Liam allow people to touch him? You see, the thing is, Liam didn't like to be touched... He was secretive, shy, and afraid of how he looked to others. This was all simply 'cause he believed he looked a hell of a lot more like a gorilla, then a person. There was a bit of a contrast, he noticed, as his thoughtful eyes lowered to glance at his deeply tanned skin 'gainst her lightly tanned fingers. Her touch was cool and gentle, comforting -- almost. It was almost... Well, likeable. Before Liam could mentally stop himself from thinking these thoughts, he sort of stumbled backwards and out of her touch, his expression purely bewildered, and a little apologetic. Okay now, how the hell could he explain that among the shyness factor, the un-liking of darkness factor and all of his other weird traits, there was also this un-touched rule? Well... He couldn't explain that. No, definetly not... It was just, too complicated. Trying to snap out of his weirdness, he presented Tex with an even smile that stretched pretty close to the old saying of 'ear-to-ear'. "I'm afraid, that if you were water girl, my team-mates would do more drooling then playing." Chuckling quietly, he leaned close to her ear and murmured, "Y'know... They were giving you 'looks'. They liked you." Although she couldn't possibly see his expression, if she had -- she would have been greeted by narrowed eyes and a grim line for a mouth. It's just kinda creepy -- is all, Liam thought as he shook his head, -- it's creepy that my team-mates are looking at my friend in that sort of way. That was it, Liam assured himself as he pulled 'way from his whispering post and gently opened the bathroom door and mumbled, "You first... Back into doom. And y'know... If they ask you anything, the guys -- I mean, just tell the truth... They um, might be saying stuff."
