Subject: She opens the door, just as a nurse was about to open it from the other side. Both jumped, surprise. The nurse looked sad. Hallie watched her, almost knowing the news to come. "I'm sorry..." she begins but Hallie had pushed past her rushing towards where the baby had been to find him gone. The doctors had taken him somewhere else.
