It's a news item. The "drama" basically comes from the fact that the shenanagans instigated by Beaver County political hacks are regularly revealed and skewered, legitimately by BC blogger John Paul, who has his ducks in line. The worst behaving Beaver County politicos expect to be worshiped, deferred to and celebrated by the media. The Beaver Countian doesn't do that. Those officials do receive that brown-nose treatment from the Beaver County Times, whose staff hate the fact a lowly blogger regularly cleans their clock.
