This is what they are trying to do: force their customers to embrace digital so the PG/BCI can save money. It's why they desperately are trying to fill the Deputy Managing Editor's slot after their great digital heroine decamped to PublicSource.

In the world of Block, the only viable PG is an all digital edition. It may not be very good, but it'll be the only game in town. Their attitude: suck it up, Yinzers. Look at what we give you: sports, the Digs, Beer Me, Power Source and a Sunday Shribman column. You should be thanking us for even giving you a chance to pay extra for holiday print! You might want to bow or curtsey!

Not me.
