That show exists because of John Craig. He loved the idea of the P-G being on TV, even in a fringe time slot like Sunday morning. There was a time when the paper would withhold stories from the early edition so TV stations couldn't grab them for the 11 o'clock news. Under Craig, the P-G started the partnership with KDKA TV and couldn't wait to have their scoops on the air.
