Author: -Chaos [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 13:16:28 01/10/02 Thu All along, I can remember you giving your input, good, or bad, usually in the form of critizing the works of our guild. I understand you've meant well all along, and you stil do. I know you've served well, or tried to your best to serve well, but what are you doing right now? (I don't know, I haven't been around, but I haven't seen anything either....) There's a saying that I like. It goes like this... "It's time to Lead, Follow, or Get the hell outta the way" So if you don't wanna follow, and don't wanna lead.... well, anyways, My advice to you is to lead. You want to, do you not? Many times things are harder said than done. I'm sure you know this well, but the only solution is to say alot, and try real hard... and hope it comes out for the best. There is one flaw, which is not the fault of the creators of this guild. The flaw is in the people. Very few members had much longevitiy in this guild. Wham, bam, in out. THe structure was meant to exponentially grow, and it did, for a short while, but then knights didn't have squires knighted. Maybe it was who we had... and maybe it was because of... who knows why... bottom line is it's been long since the last knighting. It's been long since the last promotion. My recommendation has never gone through for Lamethu.... but, that's because there was no one here to take it. (I thought it would be taken care of... should of do it myself) Hindsight is always 20/20, but lookin back it's still a bit fuzzy.... I can't tell you excactly what went wrong, but basically things died out... and if you want to do something about it, (texan phrase commin up...) Take the steer by the horns! Get out there and get 'em cowboy! Contact people who will support you, and use what you know to do it.
