Matsu pulls out another, handing it to Ratling. She giggles, those bright eyes blinking again.

'Head hurting? Chocolate Pocky will fix!' She bounces a little, fluffy white tail thunking lightly in the dirt of the alleyway.

'Come now, Matsu has lots of toy. No icky grownups in my part of castle. But lonely! So many kids in one place, but who talk to Matsu? No one! You don't think fox eat rat, do you? Well... no. Matsu only eat rice offering and fishes. Fishes, mmmm. You like fish Pocky?' She bounces a little nearer, patting Ratling on the arm gently, as if she were a stuffed animal she dearly loved.
