I got the gist of what you were saying originally. What I was pointing out was that couching your perfectly valid observation in such difficult and over blown rehtoric as analogies to terrorism and international drug dealers made it less clear rather than more, and that that lack of clarity might be one of the reasons your letters aren't getting published.
