CUT TO. “Eight Years Later” INT – SUMMERS KITCHEN – NIGHT Buffy wonders through the kitchen all spaced out. She’s holding the scythe in her arms and wearing the same outfit she wore in the Gift JOYCE Buffy, put down your weapon, this isn’t the time DAWN Yeah, Buffy use a fork like the rest of us XANDER It’s not fair that you get all these weapons – use them to fight then sit back and enjoy life, these weapons are all new and shiney, you don’t want them stained with blood BUFFY Blood? Who’s blood…I don’t… JOYCE Buffy, put the weapon down – let it go BUFFY But…I need it WILLOW Do you really need it or do you just want it? Kendra steps out from the nowhere. As she dusts the vampire a figure steps out of the shadows and snaps her neck. CUT TO. INT – SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL – DAY WOOD Buffy! Buffy leaps up screaming from a dream as Wood stands with a pupil at the table. WOOD (to Student) Maybe you should wait outside. Wood sits down in front of an evidently stressed Buffy WOOD Buffy BUFFY I’m sorry WOOD Is everything okay? BUFFY No, I’m sorry it’s everything – we still haven’t got hold of Spike or Kennedy WOOD What about Mr Giles? BUFFY He’s still in L.A. Angel says he’s been as normal as he can be under the circumstances – thing’s are a bit crazy over there with starting Wolfram & Hart and all, they’re making the most of their time. WOOD You think they’ll be able to get the council up and running? BUFFY Hopefully (pause) Robin have you ever had one of those dreams where it feels like it was real? WOOD Buffy, you’re the slayer you have the dreams BUFFY I know but this was, it was more surreal it was like I was there. I dreamt about a potential or a slayer. But I don’t think she’s from the current line – she seemed older, more distance like she existed years ago. I saw her death. (beat) I felt her death. WOOD No. Wood walks round to the trunk and pulls out a large bag – we’ve seen it before BUFFY Where did you get that? It’s the bag from “Get It Done” WOOD You should lock your doors more often Wood trails off into the woods. A stunned Buffy soon follows him BUFFY So what you just take my things now? WOOD How do you know I haven’t always? BUFFY What? WOOD I haven’t always but I could have. You don’t lock up your house you make it easy no wonder you’re always under attack BUFFY Not the point of this discussion! Buffy freezes as Wood removes the box from the bag BUFFY No way! WOOD Fine. Wood begins walking off before shoving Buffy through the portal and leaping in behind her. The two crash down in a place that is definitely not the last place she went to. BUFFY Why the hell am I in the old Library? Wood vanishes in a flash of light, Kendra steps out from behind the desk Buffy looks at her in horror. CUT TO. EXT – FOREST – DAY Wood comes flying through the portal and crashes on his back CUT TO. INT – MAGIC BOX – DAY Dawn slowly strolls out of the back room, wiping her forehead with a towel. She stops at the edge and holds on to the door frame DAWN Holy crap! ANDREW I…I didn’t mean it! Andrew is stood on the counter as Dawn grips on to the door way almost the entire floor has turned into a jelly textured substance DAWN Oh, well as long as you didn’t mean I guess it’s okay ANDREW Really? DAWN NO! Andrew the floors a friggin’ Jell-O pit! ANDREW I’d say it’s more marsh mallowey but whatever and actually (off look) That’s off topic. Nancy laughs as she sips on her very tall and very pink drink WILLOW You’re not as old as his last girlfriend was NANCY Oh I met her, Tanya? WILLOW Anya NANCY She passed away? Willow stirs her drink and looks down quietly WILLOW In May NANCY It really got to him didn’t it? WILLOW He’s doing better, at least better than I did NANCY You lost a boyfriend? He pulls a small slip of paper from his pocket and reads it, grinning. INT – SUNNYDALE LIBRARY (1999) – NIGHT BUFFY This isn’t…what am I doing here? KENDRA If you don’t know now BUFFY Then I’ll know soon? Kendra walks away, as her steps cross the floor Buffy sees a flash of Kendra lying, bloody necked at the foot of the counter. Buffy follows Kendra who walks through the closed doors without moving them. Buffy stops to poke the door, her finger slips through BUFFY Cool! Buffy follows through and finds herself in The Hellmouth, staring at the fight earlier that year BUFFY Why did you bring me here? Xander fumbles to his feet and smashes his fist through a glass cabinet, grabbing a sheer of glass and charging at the demon, stabbing it in the centre of the back. It roars in pain and drops Nancy to the floor as it falls down to the floor Nancy immediately scurries over to a very bleeding Xander NANCY Xander She pulls her over shirt off and ties it tightly around his hand, brushing his hair from his face and smiling. Willow looks over with a “bless” half smile as Dawn and Andrew lean on each other as if watching the sickliest romantic comedy ever END OF PART THREE INT – SUMMERS HOUSE – NIGHT Willow is passing through the living room, Andrew is sat upside down on the sofa. WILLOW Explain ANDREW Nancy and Xander are deciding if they’re official by “talking” CUT TO. INT – XANDERS APARTMENT – NIGHT Nancy is sat with Xander as he passes a drink over to her XANDER Let the talking begin CUT TO. INT – SUMMERS HOUSE – NIGHT WILLOW Cute. Willow walks through to the dining room where Dawn is sat on the table WILLOW Dawnie, sweetie we have chairs DAWN I’m trying to meditate WILLOW On the table? She doesn’t look at him she just starts to walk WOOD Buffy You’ve been gone for hours what’s wrong? Buffy ignores him and continues walking, straight past the car. CUT TO. EXT – LIVERPOOL STATION, ENGLAND – DAY A young girl stakes two vampires at once with a broken hockey stick. She smiles with pride – she turns round to a pair of hands, which snap her neck END.

Is this another arc or related to the end of Dawn? Do you have two arcs with their own big bads? I do miss resolution of the cliffhanger from last episode. Let's see. There was Giles/Anya and Willow/Anya. Now there's Dawn/Andrew with magic messing up the shop. When will these amateurs ever learn.

Let's say we haven't seen the last slayer die. We haven't seen the last of Dawn's fading. We haven't seen the last of anyone that's gone.

I mean he was the one to kill Ben. Glory could exact er revenge through knowing that Buffy would try everything in her power not to kill Giles, giving her more time..Shame she doesn’t remember what happened with angel. Yay Xander’s going to get a job. Sit on head for an hour a day ok that would make me faint with all the blood rushing there. Is this person/thing killing all the slayer a consequence of the magic used for the spell or something entirely different. I know, I know I have to wait to find out. Oh another idea is it Glory.
