Za men 4etvartata sedmica ot cikula 6te priklu4i s 3 trenirovki, propuskam 4.4. Pri4inata - v 4etvartak ve4er se borih na tatami i vse o6te ne sum vuzstanoven ot tejkata shvatka. Re6ih da treniram judo i edin moi priatel judist me vavede bez mnogo podgotovka vav borbata:) Imam adska muskulna treska na vrata, poduti kolena i keka bolka v liavoto, osven tva sum dosta nasinen po racete. Prepo4itam da propusna 4.4 i da sum svej za na4aloto na petata sedmica.
Za trite trenirovki prez sedmicata - kleka mi e pesen. Moga da igraya kaza4ok s 80-85 %. Pri lejankata tejesta e vse o6te pateti4na i tam niamam nikakvi problemi. Tiagata pri 4.2 oba4e napravo me hvarli v panika. Imah pak tozi problem 4e ne moga da stisna silno losta i 6tangata bukvalno mi se izplazva6e ot racete pri vsiako povtorenie i ne mojeh da ia zadarja gore pove4e ot 1 sec. Edva si napravih seriite, poslednata s edno powtorenie po-malko. Tva mi se be6e slu4ilo i prez 2.2 ako ne se laja, ama ne be6e 4ak tolkova zle. Ina4e tezi 80% normalno ne sa mi absolutno nikakuv problem. Ot4asti i zaradi tazi slaba trenirovka v srada re6ih da ne treniram dnes, dano prez sledva6tata sedmica silata pak da e s men.
