BPA e na tozi princip samo che si legnal na lezhankata.
Iskam da ti oburna vnimanie malko na tehnikata. Ideata e da sviknesh da izpolzvash perkite za iaka sila na lega. Za celta stiagash rucete taka che da pribirat lakutia kum tialoto t.e. diasnata si predstaviash che se vurti po chasovnikovata, a liavata obratno na chasovnika. Ednovremenno stiagash perkite i naj-veche da useshtash naprezhenie pod mishnicite(a ne v ramoto). Celta e iasna - da stegnesh perkite, koito da pomognat da durzhish ramoto stabilno i pribrano. Az otkakto zakolihme praseto i sum svalil 2kg, hem nabivam mazni rebra :)Mozhe da izpolzvash moita programa da broish kaloriite za da si siguren. Ako ne mozhesh s mruvka, mlechni i iaica togava vkarvai iadki v deistvie. Iazh predi liagane, i vednaga sled stavane(kusnoto iadene dava kalorii i kara da se sabudish gladen :). Prez denia sushto iako pluiskane(ako masa e celta).

Kleka i lega shte ti mrudnat stabilno, tova e sigurno :) Za edna trenirovka obache e vajno da raboti i pri hora, koito veche sa dostignali iaki maxove. Taka che shte mi e interesno kak shte ti se otrazi na tiagata. Az sushto otskoro pravia leg i klek i na men mnogo mi drupnaha(to e normalno).
