I think he's just condemning the adult tendency to forget what being a child is all about. When you are a child, you don't really have any preconcieved mindsets to overcome, nor do you have annoying things like taxes on your mind. Everyone should have a part of themselves that can still think of things simply liek children, because they are the ones who can really see the true beauty in life.
