I reread the end of the play more closely, and I found something I thought was interesting. I cannot decide on the character of Fortinbras. He says "with sorrow I embrace my fortune, I have some rights of memory in this kingdom." Is he REALLY that sad, I mean, I would be jumping for joy to find out that the kingdom I wanted was suddenly mine since the entire royal family killed itself off. But...he could actually be a nice guy. What do you think?
