Ricardo me parece que sé un poquito lo que sientes.
He pasado y paso una experiencia también cruda desde una gimnasia.

Pienso que debería haber un cartel que dijera al menos "sí tienes algo malo del pasado saldrá, todos tus bloqueos emocionales los vas ha desbloquear si lo consigues. Es durísimo una vez que estás metido en ello. Un vez estás en ello sólo te queda seguir y seguir"
