I've paid 9k and left with 5k to be paid up. To start off with, you should drop an email at hcspore03@yahoo.com.sg regarding your current situation. Remember to leave your contacts for the administrators compilation. The admisnistrator is currently gathering names for further action soon (perhaps by engaging a lawyer). At the same time, you may want to approach CASE to lodge your complaints; to build up their complaint volume. I'll be calling them tomorrow to fix a meeting to explain my situation. Do let me know if you want to join in. I decided to go to CASE 1st because according to them in the website, they will not take up cases that have been referred to lawyers. But withthe high volume of complaints and the sheer no. of people wanting to take actions, I do hope that CASE would be able to build a greater case against them. In my case it was LGM. Can the site owner lead us or provide us with the assistance? and all parties that want to work together get together for a meeting to prepare a plan on how we want to go about settling this case of unfair contract *note that the contract is unfair to us without a exit clause and that even with such a contract drafted to our disadvantage EVEN case cannot help then who is the one to approach?
