Yes, the Fair Trading Act will go into second reading in Parliament tomorrow.

Hopefully, that will at least give the new holiday club victims an option to back out of the scams within 3 days as well as more teeth to CASE to fight for the old existing holiday club victims.

Please bear in mind that this is an open forum, so if you have a winning strategy or detailed plan to kick butt, please DO NOT reveal it here because I'm absolutely sure that those cold-blooded scumbags from LGM, ERI, IRN and Oriental Travel must be monitoring all our postings very closely after the Sunday Times reported about the existence of this web site.

Since there is no requirement to log in before one can post a message, anybody can hide behind a wall of anonymity. Please communicate via e-mail to arrange for a date and venue to meet if you want to form a class action lawsuit to sue these predators.

We must be strong now. We must stop being victimised further. If the government is not willing to help us, we must all unite and fight back to stop this evil scourge that has brought us so much pain and misery. They are the ones who should fear us and be running scared. It will be a great service to mankind if we can all work together to put these 4 demons: LGM, ERI, IRN and Oriental Travel out of business for good.

I have forwarded the URL link of this web site, FAQs and blacklisted companies to all my friends, relatives and colleagues and pleaded with them to spread the message to everyone that they know to prevent more people from being victimised by those bloodsuckers. I sincerely hope that all of us can help and do our part to spread the message as well.

Thank you very much for your time for reading this.

Best regards,

Choo Chun Nam

Great work the media could really help in highlighting such practice to the people out in the streets. and CASE would do good by making more of the older buyers gain in winning such cases otherwise there is no point talking so much in parliment when everyone knows what they need to do to help us and yet the government is sitting back seeing these companies making a mickey out of every innocent travel paying people buying a dream which seems endless of problems.
