They will stress to you that you can rent it out if you do not go for holiday that year and they can do the renting for you. They also stress that you can sell it off in future and the price would go up (investment), and they can sell for you. But after you signed up, everything turn out to be untrue and when you want to claim the sales person states that, they will tell you that the sales person had left the company. Actually, if you observe carefully, they always employed part-time / freelance sales person to sell their timeshare batch by batch every fix period of time (weekly/fortnightly/monthly). In that way, you would not be able to trace back which sales person said (promised) something to you by the time you discover something wrong.
