What do you mean win-win battle? We want to win our cases...not let them win. Right now, they have won our money already ....

There could be winners and losers here only.

I'm sorry.Don't get my message wrong. What I mean by the sentence "a win-win battle" is to win 100%.If I say "win-loss" then it means we only win 50%.We are looking forward to a 100% success not 50% or less.We need to have this 100%confidence even if the situation looks tough and with this confidence, we have won 50% of the whole battle! The rest of the 50% depends on the trial.I urged ALL the victims to have ONE thought in mind i.e. to WIN!Come on guys!WE WILL WIN!Let's pray hard for that ONE thought. We can't give up!As long as we have a chance to fight back,we will stand a chance to be a winner!

Hi Samantha,

Yes, we need all the good luck that we can get but I'm not so sure that I share your optimism.

I mean we really have to be realistic here. Just because we hire a lawyer to write a letter to LGM does not mean that everyone of us will get all our money back.

I have read through every single one of the postings here and corresponded with some of the timeshare victims and so far, only 2 victims managed to get part of their money back from LGM after going through a lot of trouble. To my knowledge, NO ONE has ever got a single cent back by going through CASE! NO ONE has managed to resell their timeshare membership by going through those timeshare resell companies like Maestro despite paying them hundreds and even thousands of dollars!

Well, don't get me wrong here because I'm not a spy or mole but a genuine victim just like you. However, bear in mind that these cold-blooded reptilian timeshare companies are no pushovers either because let's face it, no matter how one-sided and unfair the contract is, it still has your signature on it.

And I'm quite sure these unscrupulous timeshare companies have a lot more financial resources to hire the best legal team in Singapore (Such as Drew and Napier that won Andrea's Slim 10 case) to fight for them and continue to screw us all.

Therefore, I'm not that hopeful that I will get a single cent back but if we can all join forces and cause them go out of business, justice is served for Singapore.

But this is only the beginning and the road ahead is still very long.

It will be a very expensive and painful lesson indeed for all of us. May the force be with you, my friends.

--------
Best regards,

Choo Chun Nam

I think our basic purpose must be to blow the things up to let the media cover our stories. As the media (newspapers) is a very powerful channel to reach a lot of people. But I do really hope that we win our case.

Anyone mind me collating all the stories from the website and sending one whole big mail to the forum of all local newspapers?

May be not at the moment as we are preparing our legal action, need to seek lawyer's advice first.
