Hi there, found this site about an ERI victim in Indonesia. The site details his personal experience in Indonesia, even the agreement is posted. However, it's all in Malay - Indonesian Malay - which as a Malaysian is still difficult for me to understand. Anyway, just want to highlight that it's not just in Singapore.
