My hubby and myself have been conned into buying the membership from IRN, method is just like everyone here, being asked to stay and keep talking till midnight....

We have paid $2000 deposit and asked to sign upfront credit slips of 12 months which they just called us up to go and sign for another 12 months again.

The more I think about this thing, the more I think that that we have been conned and will be their slaves for the rest of our lifes if we are not going to put a stop to this, I took out the contract which we signed without having the time to do so as the "lawyer" promise us that it is of no problem, since its so late, we just want to be release from the place ASAP. Now then we realise there are so many small imprints that we never know of.

I tried to call them up, talking them nicely that I would like to sell off this membership, they say unless I pay the full payments, then they will provide us the brokers contacts. They will stop their responisbilty from there, it will up to us to deal with the brokers.. this was not what they promised on that night. Initially was thinking of doing so, but read from last few days newspaper that a lot of people has tried to do so but in the end being conned of more money and could not get anything back.

I am now trying to delay the balance payments but they threaten to sue us if we tried to do that.

Now we are very lost, so happy that we saw this article on today's newspaper.

Hope that anyone who have successfully settled their "problem" with them can give us advice how we can go about it. Those we are planning anything, please let us know, hope we can join you to solve this "big problem".

Thanks!!

Hi Shirlynn

We have a member who not only paid in full but also paid further to upgraded his membership in hope that the company would sell it but it was to no avail.
Yes we do have people who successfully managed to come out of the contract with IRN. Do write to hcspore03@yahoo.com.sg and we will route you to them. You would need to act fast hence pls write asap.
