Now that only i realise there are so many us in Singapore got conned by these marketing crooks. I'm also the victim here. From 2001 until now, I've paid ERI $6,000 during registration + approx. $3000 via instalment @ $100/mth; due to their "persistence" to get me and my wife to join them. We were pressured by them to sign up from 7pm to 1am! Up to date, i haven't used any of their services since they do not meet my expectations as what they promised. I've decided to terminate the contract and seek for damages. I need legal advice on this matter. I hope u guys can recommend me an experienced lawyer.

I'm still paying for the instalment by GIRO. Should i terminate the monthly payment immediately?

Please help.

P/S: Thank you for bringing up this website & hope we can all be united to fight against these Timeshare Crooks!!

Yes, stop your GIRO ASAP. If they ask you why you haven't been paying, say you are unhappy with the way they are running their business and say you wish to terminate. Then write them a formal letter declaring your intention. You can get a lawyer to do it for you, but fees range from $500. Most importantly, don't let ERI intimidate you into further payment to upgrade plan or anything in order for them to sell off membership for you.
