Hi, everyone! Have just cancelled the link of my GIRO with one of the unscrupulous company. Just need to know if anyone could advise on what type of retaliation or attack I'd get from them and how I could fend them off??

Author: sgmc [ Edit \| View ]	Date Posted: Thu, Jan 15 2004, 8:24:49 You can cancell and stop payment but if the agreement(contract) that you signed is a legal document then you are still liable and they can still claim from you.You must make another 'legal' declaration/document that you wish to end or cancel the (contract)to disassociate yourself from any liabilities.
