] Date Posted: Mon, Feb 16 2004, 13:21:01 Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Yosep Nurhandi, I'm a tourist from Indonesia. I visit Singapore from 13th Feb - 15th Feb 2004. And this is my story : At 15 Feb 2004, me and 2 friends were hanging out outside takashimaya. Suddenly a women came to us and asking a questionnaire. After we finish answered the questionnaire, the young lady gave us a scratch coupon. My friend won a first price, that he can bring along 4 people to have a vacation in Bali, Malaysia, etc.... But we have to go to their office and collect the prize. Before we collect the price we have to hear their 75 minutes presentation (actually it takes almost 2 hours) And after that the account excecutive have a chat with us. She's very friendly with us. And she told us that the company she's been working for is very strict. She told that if she made a little mistake, the company will terminated her at the time she made a mistake. I'm touched by her story. So are the others........ Anyway the end of the story I was trapped before I knew that LGM company is one of the blacklisted company in Singapore. I was trapped for joining their membership for 15 years. And also I have to sign all the paperworks there.... After I came back from Singapore to my country (Indonesia). This morning, I'm browsing the internet and want to know further about the company I'm joining with. So I search google for LGM. Hmm.... I was shocked when I read the complaints by many people that this company (LGM) are fraud company.... So anyone there can help me. I already paid them $1.000 by my credit card and i Have installment fee for two years and I have to pay them $ 370 per months for two years. I want to terminated this.....Can somebody help me for this....? . Call CASE (tel: 64631811) & LGM to cancel say that you are given a cooling period and decided not to continue with the plan. Thank goodness that you have called your credit card company to cancel payment. Feel so bad that you as a tourist is conned while on your trip here to SG. Hope that LGM can receipt in this 2 days (Wednesday, 18 February 2004) I'll already contact the officer who is in charge in Singapore Tourism Board in Jakarta. They said they will help me for this..... Hope that GOD will gave them pay for what they DID..... But also I'll tried to open this matter to a public in Indonesia. Since my worked related with a mass media.... If you have any proofed for what they did, you can email me for sure....... I hate those people.... Anyway Thanks A Bunch For ALL of YOU that Helps...
