As you feel that you've been "conned" then there is a case that you have signed the agreement(contract)under duress and as such there is 'no contract',inspite of all the disclaimers you might have signed. So you can apply for this agreement(contract) to be void with full refund. Please get a legal representative to write a demand letter to void the contract.
