Has anyone been successful in getting back refunds from these crook companies? Especially so if you contract is within the cool down period?

My contract with IRN is within the 5 days cooldown and I hope to get my refund back. Will be writing them a registered letter to void the contract.

However, it's stated in the contract that the deposit will be forfeited if I terminate the contract. I hope the fair trading act will make sure they do otherwise.

Any advise? Or experience to share?
