Glad now I have a place to share my experiences. I signed up a MTC package and fully paid since. IRN called me down as they said the maintenance fees will be revised and need to discuss personally. They calculate the amount of maint. fees with estimate increase every year and said I have to paid that amount for 30yrs as stated in the contract else MTC will sue me. I told them I plan to resell my MTC, and they claim no one will buy and I even have to pay to sell away my contract else I will be sued for not paying the maint fees. They then propose the alternative ATC package for about $22k. I refuse as I doubt their claims and the director was called in. They pretent to note down the conversation and ask me to sign on the paper that I agree to the original contract to pay the fees for 30yrs else MTC will sue me.
